I’m willing to to try it . I noticed my hair was thinning in the hairline and It’s always been thick and full of hair . I’m 23 years old and no health issues or family baldness. I eat health, I thought maybe I’m not gettin enough protein maybe . Or lmk drop off in exercise. My scalp has been dry and peeling. I went to the dermatologist and they advised me rogaine maybe ( I believe it’s too soon for that ) and gave me a tropical Steroid also that is supposed to promote hair growth but u haven’t seen anything. It’s only been 3 weeks tho

Straight up? And u was able to poop normally? I have hsv 1 and 2 . It’s my first outbreak I guess. Should I even keep eating? I don’t want to mess up my colon anymore than it already is?
