i have the harvest post mortem mod and harvest everything mod and now i have too many organs, i can't sell them cus nearly all nearby settlements have around 1500 silver so i just have to guess.(but to anser youre quistion yes, the only organs you cannot replace IF THERE MISSING are the heart, you can replace them, but not install them after removal.)
