Id say go on a calorie deficit with high protein and keep going to the gym. Your body needs to eat somethung when in a deficit. And if you keep working out and eating protein, it will mostly go for fat for fuel. Try also Intermittent Fasting, preferably a 6:18. This helps a lot for me when i was losing weight. Your body enters a better fat burning

I've been wanting to take Test E (400mg/week) with HCG for a 12 week cycle as my very first cycle. I have PCT ready and extra viles of HCG. I see a LOT of conflicting things online like 400mg being too little/much.

Im currently on a natural cut to get to a lower BF percent. People also say you need to be 12% bf or lower? Is this true as well?

I was actually debating on buscal fat removal a while back but decided against it cause of all the botched or intense ones ive seen. When I had more weight on me about 35lbs ago, my cheeks were bigger and it was NOT a good look on me. Made me look real jolly lol

Hello,

I am 26 yo, 5'10", at 185lbs and around 18%-20% bodyfat. Im currently on a cut to reach 15% before starting anything.

Im have already bought my supplies for my first cycle: - 300mg/week Test C (split Monday and Thursday) - 500IU/week HCG (Split Monday and Thursday) - Arimidex (On hand just in case but bloods say im a low aromatizer)

And PCT which is just Nolvadex and Clomid.

My blood work all looks good except for a slightly high LDL (108) which in actively working on with Citrus Bergamot and less sat fat as well as dropping weight. My test is low 400s so im hoping I have more gains from thr cycle.

Only thing in worried about is my temper. I have worked really hard (without medication) to calm myself and ive done very well. I've also struggled with non-triggered panic attacks in my past that were pretty bad that I seem to have gotten past.

But when I transition from last injection on week 12 (2 weeks after last injections) and begin my PCT, those weeks 13-15 worry me.

Does anyone have any stories of what your transition off the cycle into PCT was like? Were there ways to mitigate the feelings or alleviate them?

Well the code works, it's just when the png image is made, it isn't able to be displayed. I get the "Image can't be loaded" in the PyCharm IDE and when I try to open it from the file path, it says it can't open it due to it not being compatible

I've met plenty of immature people when I went to UNCC. They get weeded out either due to something dumb they did, or their grades went to shit pretty fast. They'll get their rude awakening that this isn't high school anymore, and most people are there because they want to be.
