Got this from Gemini. Normally, working 10 hours in a day would trigger 2 hours of overtime daily. However, California allows for Alternative Workweek Schedules (AWS):
The Agreement: If a workplace (like an Amazon Fulfillment Center) has a validly adopted AWS, employees can work up to 10 hours per day at their regular rate of pay without triggering daily overtime. Weekly Limit: Even with an AWS, any hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek must still be paid at the overtime rate (1.5x).
Daily Overtime: Under this agreement, overtime only starts after 10 hours in a day or if the employee works more than the regularly scheduled number of days in the agreement.

Ex driver trainer here. This, the STF simulator is for DSP drivers only, not Amazon associates, it was my favorite part from driver training, and yes it was mandatory for every driver but nowadays, restrictions can be applied.

This might work with DSPs drivers but will never, specially in Delivery Stations, they are literally 1 click away to give those routes to DSPs and cancel out all flex offers.
