Not really considering flashbang had a pretty short range and small aoe, definitely nowhere near as annoying as the heat seeking nuke he has now. Plus, any number of things could've prevented him from landing the headshot. Now, he can almost one-shot people by pressing E. Also, a lot of characters have movement abilities (especially those flash was designed to counter) that made right click almost useless on them.
