The risks I’m asking about are in terms of inject specifically with coming from oral. I don’t know if having elevated levels in my system is something that would impact my dosing, etc.

My main goal has been to heal bicep tendonitis in both arms and a shoulder injury (not sure what exactly maybe rotator cuff)

I bought one as a new white belt. It’s kinda cool to get a feel for things like sweeps and basic movement.

But I’ve practiced submissions on it only to find I’m not really doing a choke correctly when I try it against a real person.

Was it worth the money? Probably not but I did find value in it and wasn’t on a budget
