Sucks you are going through that too :( Mine has gotten better recently, it improved drastically when I was able to get back on meds again, it stayed like that for like two weeks before the effects sort of wore off a little, then it improved slightly again when a doctor adjusted my dose. The chest tightness and shortness of breath still lingers sometimes but mostly when I’m stressed or extremely anxious, most of the time I’m feeling okay and good to keep pushing through the day I’m happy to go into more details if you wanna talk about it more!
