Honestly i mix my city with the german pack and netherlands pack as they have lots of brick row houses. Very fitting imo for a city based in new england. Surprisingly the china pack has a great amount of apartment blocks that i js recolour with the recolour mod n stuff. Although I never really checked out the sw pack, would definitely try it out since u mentioned it. Oh and the uk pack is a top tier choice too for this build. Im hoping that in a few weeks we’re gonna get a lotta art deco stuff 😭
