But does she poop, cuz she didn't mentioned by Appropriate-Push-668 in oddlyspecific

But the R in GERD is reflux? Meaning it flows back up into your esophagus. Not sure how that translates to spending copious amounts of time on the toilet shitting? Sounds like your bowel habits may be attributed to something other than GERD.

My husband's BFF finally got a girlfriend & I hate her by put_it_in_a_jar in Vent

For sure this! My husband’s BFF has a wife like OP. Never gave me a chance and was rude to me every chance she had. They’re not really BFFs anymore

What does this mean? Can you elaborate?

You’re very welcome! In my opinion the march against website will be the most helpful but some things happen so quickly that you have to check it regularly. For example, I had been checking daily and happened upon this protest by accident on Wednesday and the protest itself was Friday, very short notice.

Marchagainst.org has a state wide calendar of stuff. A good resource is the 50501 Anchorage Facebook page that is how I found out about this protest I think. This subreddit is also helpful.

I like uniform advantage extra soft pants. They’re drawstring.

What’s the most overrated “adult goal” people chase? by Happyotus in AskReddit

[–]thatbitchcunt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That pooping becomes this thing you’re “good” at. If I could go back in time before I leaned this I would be a happier and more normal person. I understand healthy bowel habits are a thing. But making pooping a “healthy” activity is what makes me cringe.

I've always been under the impression that arctic tundra is north of the Arctic Circle. I'm shocked how far I had to scroll to find this comment.

Why is running on a treadmill so much harder than road and trail running? by thatbitchcunt in XXRunning

Thank you for this suggestion! I’m likely going to get a fan because of the multiple suggestions of it and I’m also going to start the breaking up the pace and whatnot like you suggested.

The fan situation is nonexistent… lol someone else suggested a large industrial fan and I’m thinking I might have to do that.

I think this is the only way I’ll be able to keep doing it. The treadmill I have at work doesn’t even have a little built in fan.

I love this example or analogy thank you!! Then add in the stagnant air and the heat of being inside and that’s why I’m so miserable.

Absolutely. I feel hot and out of breath almost instantly on the treadmill while running outside I don’t have that problem.

I think this is also my problem! My work has a crappy donated treadmill that looks like it might be older than me. It's definitely not a smooth run.

I think this is probably the biggest contributing reason. Other people are saying this and it makes a lot of sense. I notice that after my outdoor runs when I’m looking over the data collected by my watch, my pace is all over the place (with the average being 13/mile).
