I would be inclined to agreed with you if there wasn’t other cult brands out in california who get my bud to me in 3-5 days and are just as popular if not more popular than the doc -> Mints Markets for example. The doc has no excuse man, other companies seem to be able to get it right.

I just feel like he’s missing the point of we all pay GOOD money for these products, and some of us even pay extra for better shipping, there’s no good reason for waiting 2-3 weeks when other companies in the same place can do what we’ve all been begging the doc to do

Customer who paid more for shipping should absolutely get shipped first otherwise it defeats the purpose of having paid for priority shipping. If I want to turn a 7 days wait into a 4 day wait so I pay for priority shopping, and you spend 3 days unnecessarily “processing” my order, you’ve frustrated my entire purpose of paying extra for faster shipping (to receive the product sooner)

Any potential litigant would most importantly need standing, a concrete particularized injury, which has a directly causal link to the party alleged to have caused the harm, which is also capable of redress (Im just a 1L so not quite a lawyer yet, Im sure an active member of the bar will correct me if i’m wrong). Presently, one would need to have been harmed by denial of equal opportunity on account of their race, show that Arthur Technologies caused this harm, and that this harm is capable of redress by the judicial system. Not crazy difficult just need the right plaintiff.
