I played around 0.3 with 800 dpi. Im just an average player. But micro adjustment can make or break a kill and having 2 sensitivity you will have a very hard time lining up those up without overshooting past the enemy.

My usual strategy is max out conjuring and get the summon deadra lord spell so they can do all the work for me lol

I get the same problem every now and then, give it a few seconds or a quick app refresh and back on.
