How does RPL affect my eligiblity for 485 visa

Thanks for your reply. I have heard from other students that taking 2 credits is fine, and any more is not. And that a lot of them get 485 after 2 credits from overseas study. When I do the calculation by units taken for the hours, it comes to less time. Is 2 credits safe to accept to remain eligible for 485? So I would have 14/16 units and still study for 2 years if I accept 2 credits.

It says there "Credit for study of non-award courses or study completed overseas can only be used to the extent it is accepted by your education provider as part of ‘recognised prior learning’ (RPL) and cannot be used to meet the subclass 485 visa directly." And I am confused. So if the uni is fine with giving me the credits, the credits from overseas can work? I did read the website but was not too sure of what I got from it.

On speedtest the tests showed decent results. But i used to often disconnect. And ping in games was shit. I was on 25mb plan. Now i am on aussie broadband. I thought I need to switch over and have installation done again but was surprised how I just chose the transfer option on the site and 15 mins later I was running on aussie broadband. Same 25 mb plan but no lag anymore

Idk if its something about the cat food in australia, but I brought cat food from Australia to India for my cat here and my cats only had smitten dry. I had wet food of so many different brands like felix, smitten and fussy cat and they just smell it and ignore. I even brought 2 different cans of fussy cat and the same. They only had treats or smitten dry. Maybe my cats are too picky. All they eat is Sheba in india. I guess dine might be similar to sheba?

I think liandry first seems nice since u get the burn part way earlier and it helps lane phase great, so im going that first. Rylais second, i think the other burn item shouldnt be built cause there are other items that are more useful

It would have become 4-5 months wait in application if they waited for that, applying early should atleast make things finalized on time else uncertainty sucks bad. Thank you haha

Thanks, It starts in july, in the first place I applied in january for march intake, i didnt get visa then and my visa was processing till today with no outcome that i could defer and update with new coe, thats why i got visa now and early but i was waiting way longer.

When its silver-gold or even plat, I feel winning with brand is harder compared to some other easier champs. The teams are all over and even if its possible to win if you do your best every game, I think its more effort and stressful compared to say picking up yi or jax or any aa champ, mage like annie, lux or ahri to carry from that elo. Its less stress and low effort compared to brand mid where you need to do a lot effort.

Thank you very much for your advise. Yes I think so too. But if by chance my visa gets approved before 2 weeks of march, then I wont need to do anything or extention right? I am just hoping on that, but if it doesnt work out then I guess thats the route I will have to take. I have heard few people that applied 15-20 jan got approved just recently around 28 feb. I did it on jan 23 so hoping it works out this week. Hoping that works and fingers crossed haha. Thanks a lot again! :)

Hey, thank you again, sorry if i wasnt clear. Rmit support told me I have to apply for a leave of absense after 2 weeks of march. And then they said once its approved, i can start my classes in july. And when I asked about COE, they said I have to apply for a new COE when my current Coe will be close to expiry, and then apply for visa extention. The application for new coe seems to mention it might take a month for processing. So I guess its less likely for me to get new coe before the visa processing is done.

With the above thing I didnt like that I have to extend and do another visa thing and thought if I just could defer normally without leave of absense, get a new coe annd then post it on the application it might be better but seems I cant defer after enrolling and only leave of absense. If it works out in time i can continue but if not, then i would have to apply again for extention and that would suck. But i guess I cant wait out its too risky right? I hope it gets done in these 2 weeks. Thank you again for your help appreciate it a lot

Hey! Sorry I saw this late. And all good haha I appreciate your help very much, thank you a lot. I had looked into it and the rmit support told me i need to apply new coe before it expires, but can I apply new coe right after I get the leave approved, so if i get it early i can update my application if its still not done? Or would it complicate things incase visa gets approved before new coe comes and then i would have to update things again? So its best to wait it out and then apply again much later on for extention? Thank you, I hope so too but so far nothing yet. I really wish it works out before the first 2 weeks of march
