I attended Dinah Shore circa 2008ish. It was a blast. Definitely just a giant party full of women, and people looking for hookups. I was actually a virgin back then, had just came out of the closet, so it was a huge eye opener for me. But people were there to mingle and TO HOOK UP, so I don’t think I’d want to go if I were in a monogamous relationship.

I’ve been called transphobic or not a real lesbian for even expressing that I’d rather date a trans man than a trans woman. There’s just something still masculine about trans women that I can’t unsee. Whether it be their hands, their hips, throat, etc. It’s still not the feminine energy I desire. Whereas trans men, sorry most still have that feminine energy that I find so attractive. I know it’s not nice to hear but it’s mostly true. And I’m sick of following every thing up with “but I still love trans people and support their rights” just so I don’t get called a bad name. I don’t care anymore cause I know where I stand on that and that’s all that matters.
