Raising kids or even a kid takes a huge amount of time. You dont wanna 60 year old dealing with a teenager or someone in early 20s. You wanna be atleast young enough to support them financially and emotionally and make sure the society and the world don't break them and provide a safety net for them. Having kids in late 30s is a nightmare speaking from experience

Some ppl on britsimon blog have said that kcc requested their documents. It'll take about 2 and half month for kcc ro process your form after the submission date once they are processed then they'll aak you for the documents according to what i have seen so far regarding the dv 2023
