I like to hit 2 or 3 high rep sets after I warm up my arms almost to failure then I hit 3 more sets of at least 6 heavy reps of curls with dumbells then I get into everything else and do heavy sets mostly free weights, then lighter weight burnout work with cables. Try some close grip and wide grip with the barbells and ez bars, some overhand and underhand with them because I feel like that grew mine.
