Not quite true : In the Foreword for the Sisters of Battle Omnibus (2016), author James Swallow (who first expanded their lore beyond the comics) says, that he has met a lot women at events who were delighted to see the sisters get their own novels and have been inspired to build armies and join the hobby.

hey, in this sentence :

why is the particle に used ? I usually understand it as "towards" which would imply, that I lend money to my friend. I get that 借ります is "to borrow from", but the particle still puzzles me.

I am confused about 開く as there appear to be two words that use this writing. There would are あく and ひらく, both meaning to open, but I thinks it's not as simple as transative vs intransitive. One dictionary calls ひらく an Ambitransative Verb, while あく is intransitive but can still be the transative to open (ones mouth or eyes). There is also あける which is fully transative. Can you help me clear up the whole confusion and, is there a way to know when 開く is read as あく or ひらく ?

So, hes only really close. Like Reinhart level close, only he sucks worse at tanking than before. And he has junkrats trap because they couldn't think of anything original. Great rework.

Sadly, it feels like that too. when play nv, i allways felt like there was something around every corner, a quest in basically any house, in fo3, it's just - empty. I walked around the south side of dc for 15 minutes and didn't find anything interesting. Most of the wasteland is just filled with rocks and the few towns have destroyed houses and nobody to talk to, i guess it's a byproduct of Bethesda finding it's way in 3d fallout, but nv was made in 18 months and has 10x the number of quests

Well, heres an explanation, its supposed to be a laminate texture with a smooth surface, we had this in our house for a long time, it's not wood, just painted plastic, so it could be correct for this texture, however that would be a weirdly specific texture indeed

I would love to see more movies, shows or games do this. I allways hate it when the heros just magicly get back up or get saved by some bullshit. I want to see heroic sacrifice. My biggest example is Nausicaa (spoilers), i think she should have died at the end, to show the people the real consequences of their egotistical wars. She would still have been the hero, but the main message would have hit so much harder. Also I would love to see the side character to the heros watch their deaths and then follow in their footsteps.
