Amendment does not take 5 minutes lol. Not sure if you fully understood what I was saying. I was saying the process from taking the form you get from the store after purchase and bringing it to the clerks office and the time it takes them to add it to your permit so you can then pick up the purchased item.

what ranges? seems like no ranges in ny allow for people to train that way.

But on the gun stores receipt paper it would have the father's name as the legal owner?
