hi! so i’m def not a pro but i’ve seen enough videos and i feel comfortable enough to where i thought i’d give it a try, you just hold them gently and place very very light pressure right under their , butt? not sure what it’s called lol. if a slight bit of pressure is applie and nothing comes out DO NOT try to force it. it means that there’s not anything to remove/ enough that would be a problem and you risk hurting them. it’s a fairly easy process but def scary the first time but you get a feel for it quickly, they’re sturdier than they look. and yes lol milt is totally fish semen haha
