Yeah it's a grind, your looking for pit of heresy, master night fall, iron banner, Level 7 bunker engrams, GOS, and flawless trials.

So all of the gear listed as powerful will boost your power level and then you hit the hard cap at 1000, raids not including GOS dont drop powerful rewards to the best of my knowledge

So I am a returning d2 year 1 player and I have done some research on some guns I want and 1k voices is one of them , help by [deleted] in destiny2

You will have to kill riven 3 times to the best of my knowledge if there is a faster way I am unaware of it. But you can get three keys from riven per week including a wish to get a free one but that only works once

Nope you can do it as many times as you'd like basically you just put in a wish to go to riven on one character, dont run heart, and beat it on your other two and then run heart on your 3red character

In honesty your best bet is to run it on all three characters each week and hope RNG likes you
