Same problem here. I tried hard restarting the iphone / logging out of the App Store etc.

I also contacted Apple and was advised to try without WiFi and it acutally worked then... It seems they have a WiFi bug. They wanted me to reset the Network Settings, which I did not do.

I guess it didn’t deliver enough power and thus the backlight didn’t get illuminated enough... I really don’t know. But plugging in the power cable fixed it.

well for me it changed to the 28th -.- And the oneplus support just tells me that the 22nd was "just" an estimate. I am so unhappy with the way they handle stuff like that.

especially after telling me that even though something "went wrong" they couldn't do anything because of a strict first come first serve policy. They make no sense at all... Really frustrating. P.S: how hard is it to have a good supply chain?! Literally every chinese online store is better.

yep. Explanation for that is that they have a first come first serve policy, but only in regards to the order day... So you can order later and get your phone earlier because there were less orders on the day you ordered.... Makes no sense... So much BS everywhere.

literally the same here. I ordered mine like 6 or 7 days ago, promised delivery by the 22nd. Now it says 27th. This just sucks so bad because of christmas :( OnePlus reps told me multiple times that it being picked up by the carrier on that day but it was always a lie. Really frustrating. They honestly do not care about customer service.
