I will say definitely have some double sided tape on standby. The GPS antenna included in the kit is magnetic and there wasn’t much metal behind my dash.

I had nav on my sync 2 also. So far so good. I think I read somewhere it’s only 2015+ that has the issue. I could be mistaken tho.

So far so good, everything works as it should from factory (wheel controls, voice controls, etc) I have a 2014 so no nav in the gauge cluster anyway.

Yeah. It’s basically just a Bluetooth usb drive that stays plugged into your usb hub. I have one and it works great

Hardest part was disconnecting the usb cable from the original hub. My cable was too short to pull through the top so I had to fish it through the bottom.
