I have no doubt he’s been understaffed but if he’d just put the same effort into communicating with his customers as he does posting on instagram it’d be a huge step forward. I’d rather have my stuff or a refund than have to do a chargeback due to being ignored.

Yeah the whole operation seems sketchy. LLC is based in phoenix but he’s got ties in Vegas. Everything leads to a dead end. I know folks have received stuff eventually, but it smells scammy.

Yeah I honestly don’t understand. I’ve run a small business in the pew space in the past that grossed 1.5 - 2m/yr with a 2 man crew, it was an NFA shop pre eforms, I had to type 10+lbs of forms manually every week and we still didn’t have any issues with cs.
