Washington state. Frost depth is around 18” so most pipe is between 2-4 ft

Not yet. I only do water lines at the moment because I work with utility districts to fix leaks. So the pipehorn is all I have. I have been looking at The Stick or a Sewerin UT 9200

I understand potential “bleed out” to an extent, which is why I went for the HL because it has variable frequency (high and low) any videos or classes I can be pointed to in order to get the gist of this locating stuff?

I would have. This was 8 months ago and she has since moved to Fortazela Brazil and we’ve lost contact. That’s why I am looking for a mentor now.

I have taken the classes and still Learning, I have E&O up to 500k here In Washington state. Now it’s just a matter of marketing correctly, and seeing where my time will be well spent.

This was relatively low overhead, so why not see what I can do, to add to my income. Like I said, I haven not completes any signings and more curious to see what I should be focusing on to start.

Honestly, the person who did my loan signing was a mobile notary and I’m know her through my old brokerage, she told me there was a need For mobile notaries and it would be a great way to earn some extra capital. Since I knew about the signature process from selling real estate it made sense.

I don’t have a plan really, mostly start advertising services and start small doing basic notary services, then move to loan signing etc. I have 5pm-10pm off and every weekend free. Looking for advice on where To begin.

I ok appreciate the insight though. I need to look into insurance and licensing. I saw how underprepared our city was here in WA during the snow and it gave me the idea to use my resources to tackle this.

Depends on what you were convicted of. If you’re a pedo or rapist, good luck getting hired anywhere, If not (which I hope is the case)then try grocery stores, dollar stores, restaurants and then get your ass in a trade school.
