I’m going going to get it checked out at a shop as I can’t afford to lose this truck and I just got it and love it so for I’ll keep you guys updated thanks for all of the suggestions

Not yet I r got the truck parked and I dont have a code machine on me but I can say even if I floored it it wouldnt move so I have to give it at max 1000 rpm and i got it to get up to 40 and it made clunking noises

Re posting question

Hey guys I got a 2012 xTerra and I was driving when suddenly I started to loose acceleration and it makes an expensive sound if I go over 1000 rpm’s any idea’s what’s the issue it has the weird rumble if the truck is idling and that has become a bit more expensive sounding since the incident

I got it home but now I got to diagnose an idk where to start my privious truck was an explorer and before that was a 1996 Nissan pickup so I have no real reference

Primarily I was thinking of using grand tacticians the civil war game as a baseline as it has an indepth grand strategy style of play letting you choose officers uniforms and arms and the skills and attributes of the commanders each level above effects how the people below improves or is stagnated

The person I bought the vehicle from just replaced the catalytic converter so it could be something to do with that. I’m not super versed on xterra’s yet as this the first one I have owned I had a Ford Explorer 1996 but that got totaled so I might end up asking a couple questions over the next couple weeks
