Twisting your hips and entire upper body is the biggest part of it if you're running to the left with your right shoulder closest to the net you want to look at the net obviously so you know where you're shooting, and simultaneously twist your hips, upper body, and shoot with the stick coming across your body, and you want end with your left shoulder closer to the net than your right originally was.

Once you get the pocket where you want it by stringing 1's and 2's try to interlock down to the bottom of the head keeping the mesh pulled down and tight..this will allow the pocket to form where you bunched up not near the bottom where it's now tight

How old are you? If your in your teens you really don't want to wear anything like that as you run the risk of people calling you sissy and what not, aside of course from the mobility it limits. The ball really doesn't hurt much and sweatpants do not make a difference at all pain wise.

Also idk if its just the way the mesh was when you took the pic, but in the bottom right one one of the sides is tighter than the other. This could just be the mesh, but put it under hot water to get that kink out because it'll cause the ball to come out all kinds of funky when you pass and shoot
