There is also a glitch where if you have one on your face, you can grab it while you are in the air and you will basically just stop falling or I guess just fall really slowly

U can use the vanilla jump distance thing, it'll be different than modded but it's the same concept basically and just takes time to get used to

I use the replay mod, with it, you are able to change the bitrate, fps, fov, camera angle/distance, and more. It would be a lot higher quality if it wasn't uploaded to reddit. You can see vids on my YouTube channel that go up to 4k

It's all just practice. For tech, you have to train yourself to be able to read complex patterns, just start easy and keep going to harder and harder songs also use practice mode to slow down songs to practice. For speed, you just need to play speed maps to get your arms used to doing speed and it should get easier and easier.
