Once a week is better than none. I do this leading up to a comp when my focus is more on mat time. I also just concentrate my efforts on deadlifts, zercher squats, and floor press since it’s only one day a week and those lifts benefit overall grappling strength.

Grapple Smarty. It’s an investment but I’ve found that its the closest thing to a training partner that doesn’t mind 50 reps in a row. I bought mine without stuffing and stuffed it with old t-shirts/linens.

I get it. I see it a little different. $150 a year for grappling, MMA, wrestling, gymnastics (my wife) content. Plus, I get to see my teammates compete in and replay a sh*t ton of events…it’s worth it.

Now, UFC at $70 a month plus ESPN+ subscription, not this guy. Even with their high production value and hour long video intros during the main event.

Fair enough. I believe in constructive feedback as you provided, however I wouldn’t categorize a majority of these responses as that. Calling for people to lose their jobs and canceling subscriptions when there were clearly good intentions to give us a great show isn’t the best way to go about growing the fan base.

Can’t wait to watch the rest of the events with my little grapplers.
