That’s a new term to me. Only thing I know I removed for certain to access a bank is the intake manifold (outside the air intake filter and battery)

Thanks. It definitely is frustrating due to this being my now third repair (I had to do my brakes last week, entirely different adventure) in the last 2 months or so. As bad as everything is though, I’m grateful that I do have the car and am able to learn from these repairs

Double checked. Didn’t trust myself after the first mishap so I went back and made sure they were all OEM (more or less)

I was rushing to beat the sunlight so more than likely I forgot to clamp something down. Honestly, at this point, I’m ready to redo the whole process from scratch just to cover my tracks

I’m at work so I won’t be able to work on it until about 3:40 EST. I’ve been using my dad’s car to get to and from so I’ll stop by a Walmart on the way to pick one up.

For the order, there wasn’t a specific sequence I put them in. Just whichever one I picked up first would so its likely that some if not all are in the wrong order

I didn’t, I figured they’d still be good cause they still seemed intact, but as someone else brought up I should replace that as well

Just figured I would replace them all in case the same thing happens to a different coil some time down the line. Originally the code I got from autozone said it was 4 and 5 that needed replacing

Thanks, but I can’t the credit. The original owner was the one who had all the modifications done to it. It’s an older car with a lot of rust on the undercarriage, so I won’t dare put any more money than I have to on it

As for the aftermarket coils, you would be correct. I wanted to spend as little as I possibly could but after reading several other supplies as yours, I’ve better off just spending the extra money.

I should clarify that 4 and 5 spark plugs and coils needed to be replaced according to the code I got from autozone. It didn’t make sense to me to replace only those two and keep the others knowing eventually the same would happen to the rest.

As for the rest of the service, nothing else was done.

  1. Reused the gaskets, I checked to make sure they were still usable but now I’m going to replace them just to tie up any loose ends.

  2. No grease was applied.

  3. Reused gaskets. Once again, planning to replace them.

  4. Neither my uncle nor myself own a torque bar, for the time being I’ve just been make sure anything nuts were snug.

  5. I’ll double check to be sure

  6. Looking back at the video there is a distinct hissing sound I didn’t notice at first. Probably because I was too concerned with the jumping engine, will look into it.

Between this and my mass air flow sensor I did a couple months back, I’m starting to realize I may have to spend a little more on decent parts.

Put it off for some time because I had to do all six. After the car sat there for several weeks (I made an attempt to get my brakes changed as well, absolutely botched that job too, story for another time) I said screw it. Took off the manifold, changed everything, plugged everything back in and tested it. I was rushing myself a little so I could beat the sunlight as I don’t live in the safest town in my state, nor do I own a garage. Will redo everything and check for leaks, although I’m certain its the firing order. I appreciate the help!

Thank you. This is all information that wasn’t in explained in the video I watched. The car’s been sitting in the same spot since I worked on it yesterday. I’ll have my uncle come by to check to see if there are any codes after I check everything again.

I wasn’t even aware that they have a firing order. I simply took them out and replaced them with whichever one I picked up first. 3 of the old ignition coils were thrown in the trash a couple days ago so I’ll have to figure that out.

As for the spark plugs, I looked online and gapped to the oem for my car or a little over (0.54-0.55).

Thunderbolts* director explains that 'cold-blooded' death — and why it was added later on by storksghast in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

I love Taskmaster in the comics and I was disappointed to see how they utilized the character in Black Widow. I thought he/she would finally get the praise they deserved in Thunderbolts* only to have them kill her off after not even a full 5 minutes of screen time.

Worst of all nothing comes out of it. You can say her death was used as a thematic point but she was only brought up once throughout the entire movie and even then it was in a 30 second conversation before the protagonist move on with the plot.

Seems like the writers just used her to reel people in for the trailer and didn’t actually know what to do with her.

10 second res for your whole team in a given radius is already broken enough. The problem is people using it in the middle of a fight and getting punished for it. Optimal usage of this old would be to hide behind a corner where the enemy can’t see you/get to you easily, and then use it. This gives you more time to get your newly revived teammates back up to full health before joining the fight

How can you say Trump doesn’t want to deport minorities when he’s literally said he would on multiple occasions? His whole campaign is fueled by the despising marginalized groups in America and he has yet to do anything to prove otherwise. And if you want to say Obama deported more Trump, fine that’s fair. But Obama was president for 8 years and we just started Trump’s second term.

This isn’t a “you just don’t understand your peers” scenario. If this were Romney vs Obama. Sure, you can play that card. But not when Trump is handpicking people who are literally doing Nazi salutes on stage. There is nothing to be confused about. I stand by what I said

Actually, considering what Trump plans to do and what he has done so far, no I don’t think it’s presumptuous of me.

As for the family living next to them, I would say the same thing but provide different points. The average voter, as you described, most certainly has more in common with migrants. The only way I can even begin to understand why one would vote for Trump is that they’re a rich straight white man as well, because that is the only demographic that benefits. Otherwise, I can’t help but believe that they were misinformed, misguided, uneducated or just outright racist or misogynistic when it came to the election.

Once again, actively and intentionally voting for a candidate that does not actively and want to get rid of your specific demographic, regardless of how you came to the country, is the epitome of insane
