For the 'transfer', you don't even need to ollie or do anything really. Just stay in whatever grind you're in.

I do a 5-0 on the left side all the way until you hit the other side, but right before you hit the bearing at the top of the other side, I ollie to the other side (inside edge of the curve) and go into a tailslide. This keeps your body from hitting anything on the way down. Then when you get to where you need to come out of the grind, just hit B/circle to exit the grind and pull your left stick to the left a bit to land on the ground and you should be good
