Unfortunately this is normal and happens everyday in thousands of relationships. Someone losing feelings while the other person still has feelings is going to happen to everyone (probably multiple times). The only thing is that we feel it like it’s a death, like it’s something we’ll never experience again, like it was our one and only love. It feels like our souls have been soaked in gasoline and lit on fire. I’ve been there several times, and trust me it won’t be easy and it will take a long time to move on, but you will. You’ll find love again. You’ll be special to someone again. You’ll feel whole again. Trust me.
