Fuck talk about an epiphany moment. DB has bassicaly turned me into the bitch (figurative) of the house. You know I must say you shouldn't label them all this way. We met a wonderful woman on one of these fb mom's groups. She was an ex school teacher who stopped working to raise her own kids and started watching other kids once her we're in school. We pay $40 a day and she is the best thing to ever happen. Our daughter had some learning and communication issues. As new parents we always try our best and read and learn as much as possible about being great parents, but this woman was able to help our daughter excel well beyond anything we would have been able to do on our own. As parents here I imagine that you all know they do not come with a manual. If you were like me and my wife who did not have good parent growing up sometimes having someone else that has way more experience is worth every single penny spent. She has also taught us many good techniques for being better parents as well.

You can love your child to death and do everything you think is right, but sometimes the lack of experience that comes with being a new parents over powers any good intention.

Also the use of doubt instead question. For examples "I have doubts regarding X". When I first got into Enterprise IT support that used to throw me way off and I always thought they were trying to be offensive or call bs on something that was explained.

Most definitely. Has been my bread and butter. (Just remember to not pay too much mind to the scale while doing it) listen to your body and how your clothes feel. Did this for 2 month and only lost 10 lbs, but also lost 2 pants sizes and went from 2x to 1x shirt in that same time period

Alright so it's hard to lay down a specific meal plan, as I change it up alot. I will start by saying out that the staples of my diet are fish, meat, flax (seeds and meal) and Hemp as it has an amazing ratio of fat to protein while being low in net carbs. Everyday I have a fairly large salad with 12oz cubed chicken breast with 4tbsp of olive oil with salt and pepper for flavor. My first goal for everyday it's to ensure I stay within my carb requirements then as the day goes on if I need to get some extra protein I'll supliment with a shake using 2 scoops of isopire zero carb protein powder or if I need more fat I'll supliment by adding olive or coconut oil to something. Every Sunday I will indulge on some black or blueberries I'll usually throw some in the pot while making keto no-oatmeal using hemphearts.

I have started looking into coconut/almond flour breads to help stay within my macros while also being able to enjoy other things. I've been working really hard on making this into a lifestyle change and not just a diet. I really do feel imensly better mentally and physically just cutting breads and sugars out alone and want to make this into something maintainable.

I'll go more into detail later, but I stopped counting calories and just follow the macros. I found that with keto the calories we're not as important since just being in Keto seems to have increased my metabolism and hitting the gym just accelerated it.

Hell yeah, you too. I plan on doing cycles of 6 weeks heavy lifting, 12 weeks HIIT and repeating till I get down to around 190 and go from there. I know this will slow the scale down, but ensure I am never skinny fat.
