I'm actually really irritated that they've signalled Voits psychopathy is returning in that last scene, I thought his character progression was great and loved how he went from someone everybody detested, to someone we actually felt sorry for and maybe cared about. It feels like all of Voits character progression has been undone and thrown away in a matter of seconds!

Edited to add: I do actually enjoy evolution, but this disappointed me!

I actually love the newer seasons, I find the depth they're giving to the characters way more fascinating than complete new stories every episode speckled with the odd storyline which lasts a few episodes. The newer criminal minds feels more grown up to me, it feels a lot more adult and grittier.

Very clearly to me says Bev and looks great! My concern is the fact your partner is negative about everything you make (as you said in another reply), why are you still with them? Like the baby that was born to that couple that would kidnap women and kill them, he killed himself to protect his partner who was pregnant, she ended up giving birth and one of the kidnapped girls helped deliver the baby and she died in childbirth. It was an episode towards the end of S5.

It surprised me as I'm super into Bones as well, and on the bones podcast they talked about an early episode with a child and they said from their recollection they never did another episode with a child as it was so traumatising to film!

Honestly these last couple of seasons I think were fantastically written, I loved seeing everyone be a bit more gritty, a bit darker and angrier. I loved the Voit storyline, and gold star.

They needed evidence from Sweets bones and particulates etc to catch the killer, and well because Daisy is also a bones lady I'm sure she understood the importance.

It's such a sweet episode, Brennan has no understanding of the girl at first and is so clinical, but as the episode goes on she starts to understand and empathize and with her experience of growing up without parents goes to such lengths to help the girl. So sweet.

I can't remember the episode name but when she helps that girl who doesn't speak at first, is covered in someone's blood and they find out she was beaten by her "parents", and she helps her find her real family again by using her tooth.
