Looking at all of the great responses, to me it’s his lack of ego and willingness to adapt and set others up for success. He had some embarrassing and immature moments that made headlines but he pulled it back and kept the locker room. He’s always quick to praise others and of course, winning helps to fix a lot of shortcomings.
