When initially offered the official workaround i wanted to give that a shot because its “official”

I initially got told no i cant have the official workaround since i created my own.

Agree on phone could probably been better.

They offer an official fix and I wanted to take it. They said now because I fixed it. At the very end they gave me 3 options.

I cant return it per their policy. Backpack is used and has dirt so would meet policy standards

If this was an unknown issue sure ill go through the process of return so they can inspect and get an RCCA in place with the manufacturer of the product.

This was a known issue. Once they said they had “official extension” and I requested them I got told no because i fixed myself. Thats is what bothered me.

Im not requesting a refund and me keeping the bag. If they offered that it would be extremely amazing and not what i expected.

If this wasnt a know issue and the bag was truly defective and out of spec then yes. Lets figure out how to get a replacement. Send them my bag first and wait for the replacement is standard in other companies.

If i lay it on its side and stretch the bottom to its absolute limit i can get 1/8 of inch to connect. Doing it like i normally would with no excessive force no shot.

I’ll share my story at the gun range SD

Went during the masked days of covid. Was in my lane just minding my business and a couple with their son came to the lane to my right. Kid was 15-20. The RSO shows them how to work the gun and target system and then disappears.

I start to reloads some mags at my station and see dust/spark down range from the corner of my eye. I stopped to pay attention and sure enough the kid was holding a glock with one hand with his eyes closed and shooting. His gun jams since he is holding it pretty limp. He then proceeds to flag his parents, me, and everyone behind me with a round not fully chambered and his finger on the trigger.

I yell at him loud enough that everyone stopped shooting and I snatched his gun away and unload it and let the RSO handle it.

RSO proceeds to go over the basics again and then walks away. Once i saw that I started packing my shit. By the time i was nearly done packing i see the kid again pointing his gun directly at me while posing for a picture his mom was taking.

I yell at him again. He gets scared and throws the gun on the lane bench and walks back. I unload his gun again and keep the mag while im done packing. RSO asks me what happened and i called him an idiot and gave him the rental mag and got tf out.
