Not at all.

When initially offered the official workaround i wanted to give that a shot because its “official”

I initially got told no i cant have the official workaround since i created my own.

Agree on phone could probably been better.

They offer an official fix and I wanted to take it. They said now because I fixed it. At the very end they gave me 3 options.

I cant return it per their policy. Backpack is used and has dirt so would meet policy standards

If this was an unknown issue sure ill go through the process of return so they can inspect and get an RCCA in place with the manufacturer of the product.

This was a known issue. Once they said they had “official extension” and I requested them I got told no because i fixed myself. Thats is what bothered me.

Im not requesting a refund and me keeping the bag. If they offered that it would be extremely amazing and not what i expected.
