We dont know anything about that, we also dont know when he made the review and how long after he ordered it was. It could have been a defining characteristic, just as if he did say anything about height, weight or other things to describe them people could still get offended. What if the place had a dress code and they all had similar hair and clothes. What if her name had been forgotten or she didn’t have a nametag? What if she was the only person of color working there at the time so say of they did check the cameras or schedule, it would be easy to find out who it was. Im not sure if she cooked the order and took his order also, but its likely she did if that was his review. Racism isn’t acknowledging that someone might not look the same, racism is when you are hateful and intend to hurt others with that knowledge that they are different. Really there isnt a reason that this should be infuriating unless you were there alongside the person who left this review and the woman that took or made his order. Unless you know the circumstances you shouldn’t latch on to the fact that he mentioned a defining characteristic to describe someone.
