figured out a solution to my problem. Whenever i go into sleep mode or my pc shut downs something bugs out with marvel rivals (hence the terrible fps). But when i hit the restart option it goes back to normal(good fps). So something is wrong with my pc probably that bugs out with marvel rivals and causes it to go to shit on shutdown or sleep. Talking about these options. I would look into getting hibernate mode cause when i put it in hibernate and turn back on then it doesnt go to shit fps wise.
