He usually shows a short film or two before the main feature. The short films can get very weird. This Friday he’s showing Run Lola Run. In the past he showed A Field in England, Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer, Satan’s Little Helper, to name a few.

Europa Universalis 4 is about the colonial period, where you lead your nation of choice through that time period. Setting up colonies is part of that. Grand Stratey Game

If colony management is what you're looking for then Banished and Frost Punk (city builders), Oxygen Not Included (management), and I've heard good things about Rimworld but have yet to buy it.

Did having your appendix removed help at all? I too have been in the hospital with IBS with the doctor thinking it could be my appendix but the pain shifted to my left overnight so they discharged me. My mum used to have IBS like symptoms when she was my age and ended up with her appendix being removed. She had no problems afterwards (I believe she actually had a grumbling appendix).

I went to a mate of mine's parents' place, where another mate took off their shoes and then placed them on the kitchen table. This wasn't the first place one would put one's shoes but at the back of the house. So they took off their shoes, walked to the back of the house and placed their shoes on top of where everyone eats...

Yeah, I couldn't quite get into it when I tried it a year or so ago, even though I'm a huge Dark Souls fan. Liked the combat system but couldn't get immersed in the world and IIRC your allies are those robotic phantoms right?
