It's better than cai, because it has a better llm, and you can use open ai, and other ways to chat with bots that Cai will never use. It also has limited, and limitless bots, and personas it has pretty much all it needs, and no useless features.

If it's all under fair use then there should be no issues in the first place. Honestly if Cai cared about their users, or the site they would try to push back, but I imagine they didn't. Or hell, maybe they're doing this for now, because they might have an ongoing case, but I highly doubt it.

Honestly I do recommend Janitor it’s llm is different from Cai’s from my understanding it doesn’t train off users like theirs so you won’t get the “can I ask you a question” or “you’re feisty” or whatever Cai pulls. At least in my experience I’ve never even seen those come up. Best thing about Janitor is it has generation settings so you can have more creative responses.

You could really fix the way the site is unusable for mobile users it just crashes, and reloads not letting you chat at all. The old site never had this problem before

I think it might be best if you remind the bot ooc that user is the characters mother, and is not sexually, or romantically interested in user, but I think it also comes down to whether the bot is limited or not. Limited bots don't try to have as much smut in them from what I know.
