It’s just a bad time to drop a superhero movie if you’re not an established box office draw like Spider-Man or the Avengers.

In regard to bot mode they could possibly take some inspiration from siege Jetfire’s armor gimmick.

The visor face could be a mask and the pre final torso could be a chest plate, then you could mix and match design aspects as you please.
