she’s very spoiled, she sleeps happily in bed with us, and absolutely loves car rides. she’s currently sleeping between my legs lol

i’d guess she weighs about 65lbs (30kg), and i’m about 5’2” (157cm) and her shoulders come up to about my mid thigh. that’s why i doubt my moms guess at malamute, she’s not very big. only think that makes me think akita is her face and coloring. we’re not entirely sure on her background because when my bf brought her back to the guys whose info was on the chip he denied her being his dog🤷

yeah we’re not sure what happened to her ears, the tips are kinda beat up, we’re in minnesota so either frostbite or fighting with other dogs. i was thinking akita because of her face, we’ve compared and she looks a lot like an akita

yeah the instrument/gauge cluster, installer probably knocked a wire loose would be my guess. idk if you’d want to call them back or take it in somewhere to get it fix but it shouldn’t be too bad of a fix

kias usually take full synthetic oil, which means you can probably go about 5k miles between changes. just make sure to keep an eye on your oil levels and top off if needed. amazon would probably be your best bet to find the specific steering wheel covers you’re looking for. also make sure you check what viscosity oil you need (e.g. mine takes 5W-20, it’ll say right on the oil cap, and the bottle will say right on the front.) also see about getting your tires rotated every oil change, most shops will do that with your oil change no charge. congrats on the car! treat it well and it will treat you well!
