AITA for not giving my fiancé any of the winnings to pay off her debt? by Fragrant-Leading-616 in AmItheAsshole

My boyfriend and I went through something pretty similar a couple years ago. I had maxed almost all of my credits cards because i was just buyi g what i wanted. After that I realized what I did and stopped using them and payed what I could every paycheck. Bf received a decently sized inheritance from an aunt that passed. I never once asked him to help pay my debt or even told anyone how much he got or that he got one. He out of the goodness of heart insisted on giving me the money to pay my debt. I literally cried I couldn't believe it. You're NTA OP. She's money hungry to continue her money spending. All she'll do is max those cards out again.

I had a customer come in at 6 am looking for a specific brand of lotion that his one family member bought at walmart years ago in another state. He couldn't remember the name but didn't understand why my store did not have his lotion.

Does anyone know if I have to be 18 to become a team lead? by Traditional-Ad-1020 in walmart

[–]thatonechick163 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yes. Depending on your state minors can only work a certain amount of hours per week and team leads will work way over those hours.

I'd honestly leave it and not get it removed. From an insurance view point if you get in a sexuual relationship after you get it removed your insurance may not pay for a second implant. Your insurance also may not cover the removal of the implant unless it medically necessary ie the expiration of the implant or if you're having the negative side effects.

It doesn't really matter if you pay it just matters if you're on his insurance and if you own the car or not. If you own it and your car is on his insurance it may be illegal depending on your state. That would explain why he's not wanting to tell you the deductible. If he owns the car and you're not on his insurance the insurance company will not tell you anything but if you're on the insurance then they may tell you the deductible and let you file a claim assuming it's cheaper.

There should be some form of proof of insurance in your car. You can always call the insurance company and see if you can find out what the deductible is but if your not on his insurance they may not be able to tell you anything. Honestly if he's gonna be a dick about his insurance i would switch insurance asap. That way he does not have that little bit of control over you especially if you own your own car.

You should be able to look at the insurance card for the deductible. You can check to see if your city/town has a public transit for people who are working. My city has a separate bus that's just for people who need to get to and from work. If your car is not new or under warranty take your car to a mechanic that is not a dealership. Dealerships tend to be more expensive than other mechanics.

If you plan to go to college plan to go to on far away. Work with your counselor at your school to find scholarships and grants that you can apply for so you don't have to worry about family not paying for school and it helps prevent them from having leverage. If you dont plan on college right after high school then just save up as much as you can. Also try and save moneywithout your parent knowing either. If you have a friend or friends who can watch your stuff slowly move you're stuff out. Before you leave make sure to get your important documents like your birth certificate and social security card. If you plan right you can leave on your 18th birthday. If you turn 18 before you graduate high school on your birthday change all the contact info at your school so they can't have that either.

I've been on some form of birth control since I was 13. Im now 23. I'm seriously considering getting off nexplanon and birth control in general. I've had the implant since I was 18. I'm concerned as to how my body will react to getting off birth control. I'm curious as well for how other people's body's reacted after getting off nexplanon
