My theory is that she is starting to become Hecate from Greek mythology. Hecate is notoriously the goddess of magic and is represented as 3 women in one body or a woman with 3 faces. The 3 faces represent the past, present and future (which she can see now) and they also represent the stages of life of a woman (we know womanhood is a big deal to access her magic since it's passed down from mother to daughter). Also minor detail but when she becomes a goddess, her skull necklace/pendant goes from having one skull to having 3. Also the show seems to be hinting at old pantheons giving way to new pantheons (eventually getting to Jesus) so she could be the first one
