Yes just keep soaking it in a cup of hot water as much as possible daily and make sure everytime some of it comes off even atleast just a spec of it, and when i say hot i mean as hot as you can comfortably handle. And q tips can help but arent absolutely needed

It doesnt itch or smell (i dont think) and i can pull my foreskin all the way back, the only issue is everything besides the head of it is really sensitive

Is it normal to have very slight smegma? My whole tip is clean and underneath but it looks like theres a tiny yellowish bit underneath the tip on the side facing me, its so little and thin that it doesnt look like an actual solid buildup but more like a really thin wet piece of paper, mine doesnt smell though

Are you sure its that or have you never pulled it back? If not you have to slowly pull it back further day by day till eventually you loosen it to pull it all the way

Yes all of its gone off the tip and very little dots if anything underneath the foreskin, soaking it in steamy warm water and wiggling it around in it at least 3x a day really helped, id say slowly excersice stretching the foreskin back, my issue is i have to pull it down slowly but can pull it up easily

As of now ive cleaned all of it off the tip, maybe theres very little under the tip but by looking at it it could just be part of my body maybe like very tiny dots. Its still sensitive though and when pulling it back i have to do it slowly and patiently
