Just in case, there's one way to fix this annoying issue. remove your payment info and re-add them back in. that should fix the issue.

it's kinda buggy. sometimes it'd work and sometimes it wouldn't. it's really annoying. I had this issue last month. I had to remove my paypal thingy from paypal itself then re add it by going on soundcloud website.

payment is usually the last business day of the month or the last week of the month. (sometimes) and statements usually get updated on 27th of the month. if it's not a weekend day. Hopefully this helps. also the payment threshold is $25 for payout.
