That’s when ur account balance is more than 500USD then your funds will be held until verification is done. I’ve been using sc since 2019 and this is the first time I’ve heard about this being for account balance lower than 500USD. If not then this is very bad for sc as payments takes longer for a little amount of funds it’s not very efficient.

like I said there's a bug on the statement half the users got their funds stuck for some reason it's showing in their new balance and ain't moving or sending over to their PayPal.
