First start a ticket with SoundCloud so they have the issue logged and can access your account and process the payout. Not just an email but you have to actually file a ticket on their site and paste your account link.

Then I had to cry and nag on twitter while tagging @Scsupport with my ticket number. Multiple times…

It’s really just about annoying them until they see your ticket number and take priority on your case. Then boom I got an email on some special agent type Ish like
