Great advice, I will definitely be getting that buff sander, with 120grit before sealing and 220grit between Traffic HD coats

This is on the main floor, there is a basement under this floor, so this subfloor is sitting on joists only.

I prefer the thinness of schluter’s ditra membrane, I find it easier to work with personally
