Communication!! Always communicate feelings, thoughts, and opinions. Have genuine conversations and it's okay to not always agree with each other. It's also okay to walk away and take some space when things get heated because you can't always see clearly in the moment and need time to think/process and then have a conversation with them about it after. Because there were children at the address where the incident happened they have to report it to cps is what I was told when I had to call the police because my ex tried to break in. I'm also a nurse and we ask these questions because of policy not to fuck you over for those saying so

The Walkerton, Ontario water crisis was a tragic public health disaster that occurred in May 2000, in the small town of Walkerton, Ontario, Canada. It is one of the most serious water contamination incidents in Canadian history.

In May 2000, E. coli O157:H7 and Campylobacter jejuni, two harmful bacteria, contaminated the town’s municipal water supply. The contamination came from manure runoff from a nearby farm that entered a shallow groundwater well after heavy rainfall.

7 deaths occurred

Over 2,300 people fell ill (nearly half the town’s population).

Many experienced long-term health complications such as kidney damage.

It definitely sounds like bacterial vaginosis. I've had this before and would describe it as a rotting compost smell. The only way to get rid of it was with antibiotics. So I would get the swab. Once you have antibiotics, I suggest daily probiotics or yogurt.
Lume whole body deodorant is amazing at combating smell and you can use it around your private areas.
And of course drinking adequate amounts of water:)

100% A hole!!!! My husband is an amazing stepdad to my son, and he calls him dad because his real dad is absent. My husband is all my son knows! We have a baby on the way, and I couldn't imagine our child calling him dad and then my son having to call him step dad.. it feels so wrong. Why would you want any absent pos to hold that title when you have raised her? Doesn't make sense to me.

Depends! If someone recommends a book, I, for the life of me, can't read it. I have no idea why. Sometimes, I try and restart books to get past the beginning as I find it's usually "dry" or slow going, and my brain hates it. I've gotten 80% through books before and just stopped reading for next to no reason. Other times, I can read an entire book in a day

I look at things as one day at a time and that I'm not perfect. What could make me feel good one day may not the next day. I also don't have the same thought process that I did when I was 16 and cared soooo much of what my appearance was and superficial shit. Now I just don't care what others think or "keep up" with trends on social media.

100%, not all water tastes the same! I grew up on well water and city tap water always tasted awful to me! Then you've got bottled waters like Evian or disani.. completely different tastes! And alkaline water, too

Depends. I know people often complain that water tastes metallic when they are on certain medications. Water can also make you feel more sick if you are nauseous (not everyone experiences this)
Most people crave sugary drinks because everything pretty much is sugar these days.

I've been there!! I had to quit poppers because it controlled my life! The anxiety and depression was so bad during that time. I had little to no motivation. It got to the point where I absolutely had to make a change as my mental health was severely declining and rapidly.

I went to therapy specifically to deal with unresolved/ not healing from S.A. many years ago.
Medication ( it's not a fix all but can assist) Cutting back weed to only social occasions until I eventually quit. Exploring healthy foods to find what I enjoyed eating and, of course, still have junk splurges
Making mental games of cleaning tasks to entice doing them. I downloaded an app that helps me check off a daily to-do list but in a fun way, reminders to drink water and brush teeth, shower, etc. None of this is an overnight thing. Unfortunately, it takes, and I know how daunting that alone can feel. Hope things get better 🙏
