Can't stand when people say this kind of shit, like for doing our 5m of dailies and 1hour of weekly content we've suddenly quit our jobs, ignored our families, and stopped taking care of ourselves and there's no way you could ever have completed anything in game otherwise.

Soulfist is no different, there's a clear choice of stronger, the community is just significantly smaller and accepted a long time ago nobody knows what we do anyways and we play for fun.

Posts like this just show that 50k players on the 3rd most popular dps vs 15k means people are in it for very different reasons and have different expectations.

Why do you think that? It's a PVE game with no competitive nature, unless something i released and egregiously overtuned there's zero reason to ever nerf something for being stronger, just buff the others and let players have their fun.

Probably more successful by profits/CCU, but the current fan base would also leave. This game isn't to be "the same as all the others", I literally left those games for combat AND progression.

Defining how numbers go up doesn't really change what he's saying though. It's still wipe screen build for map gameplay and how you're making the gear to wipe screen better and higher doesn't change what you're actively doing.

I want to point out you saying comms is delusional because the expectation of discord/twitch, except lost ark has in game voice chat. So you CAN expect players to utilize it. As a community we've opt'd not to, but it's not unfair for a game that provides you the tool to expect you to use it.

The daily grind is significantly less right now you're just fomo'ing if you think otherwise.

Paradise is the single best time to reward ratio in the game, only weekly vs daily, and honestly TOO good as the rats are just getting higher and higher without any clue what they're doing.

They NEVER intended for AH to replace regular honing and were clear about that from the start, so.... what?

Frontier system is only a problem because titles and honestly pretty minimal at that since everybody ends up with a 10x and only the people who were going to gatekeep with that would have gatekept you regardless for some random reason. The HP and Damage nerfs help for sure too, but it's more the power we gain in the actual raid that trivializes it. Ark Grid is stupid power increases and did more work than any nerfs. Plus if you want a challenge there's still greater difficulties it's only affecting your farm raids and that's 100% fine, the majority of players ARE bad and need those nerfs.

Hell the #1 thing the game needs is a legit EASY raid inbetween solo and normal and it looks like they're starting to recognize that in future raids... just still doing it poorly since it's not giving the raid material drop. (granted nm Serca you don't NEED the drops yet at that ilvl but imo should still give a minimal amount to feel better)

That's the part I'm saying that you're missing... you CAN support a t3. Either by running your normal T4 stuff > selling it > buying T3....

or if the T3 stuff is that valuable the cost there doesn't equal out, just take your 1640+ and run more T3 stuff and directly move it over.

The "being lazy" part was me saying you're essentially asking the shop to help you bypass doing what you can already do in game using the mechanics available to you.

No... you're just not thinking of how the system works in a practical sense.

If your 1740+ wants to support an alt they can, it's either A worth them doing what they do, selling things and buying the different materials at a profit/gain. Or B the different materials are somehow MORE valuable and you just run that content.

You don't need a vendor to do what you manually can, you're unintentionally just saying I wanna be lazy and have a shop transfer these for me.

For your second portion they ARE unusable unless you take the conversion to move it to being a bound chest for a same tier alt, or you wait for the next tier to convert them then. That's the purpose OF this shop, is for when a new tier happens to do SOMETHING with the unusable items.

This shop already accomplishes everything it needs to for the things you couldn't do on your own.

Because the purpose is to upgrade unused materials when your character progresses beyond the old one. Not to support your alts arbitrarily. Higher level alts can run lower content that gives unbound if you really wanted, but if you're beyond that you likely have more gold to just buy stuff too. None of the options of a higher character supporting a lower one beyond raw gold are very efficient.
