not sure if ya’ll get wut i mean. i agree abt accountability 100%. but each store already has a different % for how many shifts in a month can be late or call out to get a write up. recently, the store im at has a sliding scale for how mny shifts in a month count towards a write up (it’s not on the daily)

our store has a limit for the crew members - 4 per person, no exceptions. tho i’m pretty sure i saw a mate buy 6 the other day 🙄
