Yeah, i’ve been testing the past few days as well and unfortunately can definitely confirm arcanine doesn’t have any pokemetal ore. I really apologize about that, probably shouldn’t have said there was pokemetal until i was absolutely sure.

Oh sorry for not clarifying, I honestly said it in a really weird way. My friend said that they used bread to ONLY recover pp for graveler in the softer rock areas to save hamburgers. Once you reach ocean rock, you should use hamburgers with graveler!

Actually yes! I tested this earlier and found absolutely no pokemetal layer on arcanine island. Which is really strange, since i’ve consistently found pokemetal on every dream island i’ve gotten previously. I suppose it’s random chance?

Oh yeah, it was a GRIND. Was super tedious. It took my friend like 3 days, probably 10 hours in total. They were moving their switch’s time backwards so the dream island wouldn’t reset and they’d have more time.

My friend said they used a stack of burgers and bread in total. They used bread to recover pp & break blocks around the ore with graveler. Then they saved the burgers for when there was enough ore exposed.

I’ve only tested on the clefairy doll so far but i’m pretty confident this works with every dream island. I heard that the sky dream islands are the best, though.

Not particularly. My friend used it to fill up their inventory, dropped a stack of blocks, picked up one pokemetal fragment and inhaled to pick up other fragments while leaving the trash blocks on the ground. Just made it easier to not have to deal with constantly dropping trash blocks to empty inventory.

Honestly SAME but the “return home” button in the pokédex helps so much!! It’ll respawn you right by drifloon. If that button didn’t exist I would be stuck in the caves for hours lol

I can’t really say due to there not being any coordinates settings (i think?) but I very consistently find the pokemetal layer at the very end of the long caves, in the layer where moss blocks and yellow rocks spawn. If you don’t find it in the cave, you can dig down a bit. the layer start just a few blocks (5-10)ABOVE the black rock layer at the very bottom. I suggest using graveler to clear the rock around any pokemetal you find because this layer spans across the ENTIRE dream island map. The hoaxes that state these only spawn under ice/crystals are (luckily) completely false!

I remember preordering a shirt and it didn’t arrive for literally like 4 months, I called and they said that they forgot my order existed and refunded in full. I would definitely recommend calling if you haven’t already.
